Residential homes are detached, attached single family, green townhomes, green condos and sustainable apartments. residential homes are designed with a European flavor, connected by archways, parks and plazas. Individual residential homes are priced in the affordable 300’s.

Recently sustainable apartments have been added to this mixed use community. These apartments are NAHB silver certified, with white roofs, Estar appliances, energy efficient insulation, water fixtures, and  tank less water heaters.This walkable community also includes ecofriendly parking facilities. Monthly  rental rates range form the $800.00 to $1,400 a month.
